Here are the most common questions and answers about using OJapp.

📱 Home Screen & App Icon

Q. “Add to Home Screen” button doesn’t appear.

A. iPhone only supports “Add to Home Screen” in Safari.
It will not appear in Chrome, LINE browser, or other apps.

Q. The app icon didn’t update after adding to the home screen.

A. iOS has strong caching. If the icon doesn’t refresh, try:
Remove from Home Screen → Add again

Q. Why does a 30-second countdown appear on the first visit?

A. This screen guides users to add the app to the home screen.
After adding it once, the countdown will no longer appear.

🔗 About the Generated App URL

Q. Where can I find the URL of the app I created?

A. It appears in the “Generated Link” after creation.
The format looks like:
https://ojach.com/ojapp/XXXXX
(XXXXX is a unique auto-generated ID.)

Q. Can I check my app URL later?

A. Currently, re-displaying URLs is not supported.
We recommend saving the link to your notes or bookmarks.

🖼 About Icon Images

Q. What kind of images should I upload?

A. Recommended: Square PNG (1:1 ratio).
Rectangular images will be auto-cropped to a square.

Q. Can I choose images from my photo library?

A. Yes, you can select from your device's photo album.

⚙️ URL Schemes

Q. Can OJapp launch apps with URL schemes?

A. No. Launching apps with custom URL schemes (e.g., Amazon app) is not supported.

❓ Others

What image size is recommended?

We recommend a square image around 256×256px.
Images below 100×100px may lose quality and cannot be used.

Is it okay if the image is too large?

Yes. Images larger than 256×256px are automatically resized.

Will small images be enlarged automatically?

No. To avoid quality loss, small images are not upscaled.

Can I use rectangular images?

Yes. They will be auto-cropped to a square from the center.
