How to Use OJapp

Step 1
Choose an Icon

Select an image to be used as your app icon.
Supported formats: PNG / JPG.
Rectangular images are automatically cropped to a square.

Large images are automatically resized to 256×256px.

Step 2
Enter the App Name

This name will appear on your home screen.
You cannot change it afterward, but there are no special rules.
Enter any name you like.

Step 3
Enter a Link (URL)

This is the link your app will open when launched.
OJapp supports ordinary URLs such as https://〜
as well as URL schemes (special URLs that open apps directly).

However, URL scheme behavior varies depending on the device and app.
Please use them at your own discretion.

Step 4
Copy and Open the Generated Link

OJapp will generate a unique link at the bottom of the screen.
Copy it and open it in Safari or Chrome.
(The first time only, you need to add it to your home screen.)

Step 5
Add to Home Screen Within 30 Seconds

On your first visit, a 30-second setup screen will appear.
During this time, complete one of the following:

From the second time on, the simple startup screen will appear
and your link will auto-launch in about 2 seconds.

You're Done! 🎉

Just choose an icon, a name, and a URL —
and your own “home screen app” is ready.

About Icon Images

OJapp uses a single uploaded image as the app icon.

Uploaded images are automatically adjusted (maximum 512×512px).
Small images will not be stretched to avoid quality loss.

* Rectangular images may appear distorted on the home screen.
